    accessibility types of furnishings . His quality craftsmanship has kept him in business for
    over 20 years (Since 1991 being incorporated). John never takes on more work than he
    can handle and stays current with all aspects of his business. John is licensed with the
    City of Chicago, a member of the Downers Grove Chamber of Commerce and State
    Certified as a Lead Base Paint Renovator.











     


        2. As an HUD/FHA 203(k) Consultant: John was certified in the year 2000 as a
       FHA 203(k) Consultant, based on over 20 years of hands on construction experience.
      John will guide you and give you the tools to become a more educated homebuyer and
      homeowner. Whether you’re using him for homebuilding or remodeling services or as
      an FHA 203(k) Consultant, he will patiently lead you through the process.
      John’s turnaround time is 24-48 hours from the time we meet!

    3.  Education: John has conducted several different types of training courses for
