Property Classifications that we request approvals for are as follows: New construction, under construction, existing properties, condo conversions from apartments or commercial buildings, and existing condominiums that have already been established.
Getting started: 1. Call or email John requesting your “Starter Kit” which includes the following: a. Company flyer – Tells you a little more of what I do. b. Project Worksheet – Gives me some basic information about the property. Note: This detail of information about the property is extremely important. c. Consulting Agreement – My service agreement with you and the cost to complete it.
2. Next, I will conduct a short site visit at the subject property to assure you that the property will pass the FHA Appraiser’s physical inspection.
3. A Punchlist of the required documents will be presented to the contact person at the time of our initial meeting at the property and a minimum payment is due (1/2) at that time.
4. Upon receipt of all required documents I will submit to FHA or VA within 48 hours.
5. Depending on the status of construction of the property will determine the amount of documents required as well as the length of time it will take to obtain the final project approval.
Note: Average project approval review time can take anywhere from 5-60 days. If I don’t feel your property will qualify for an approval I will inform you immediately!
