- Project Approvals: John has over 25 years of expertise in the
specialized field of obtaining “Project Approvals” for various
properties through FHA/VA/FNMA and FHLMC.
As an FHA 203 (k) Consultant: John was certified in the year
2000 as a FHA 203(k) Consultant. John will guide you and give
you the tools to become a more educated home buyer and
homeowner. Whether you’re using him for homebuilding or
remodeling services or as an FHA 203(k) Consultant, he will
patiently lead you through the process.
Construction Work: Since 1980 John has remodeled over 100
homes and built several new homes in the Chicagoland area. Our
quality craftsmanship has kept us in business for over 25 years.
Financing: John has worked for and worked with several
mortgage companies nationwide. Financing is provided for all of
the products and services offered.
Education: Once a month, John conducts training seminars for
lenders and real estate offices on any of these specific topics.
