1.  Project Approvals: John has over 27 years of expertise in the specialized field of
    obtaining “Project Approvals” for various properties through FHA/VA/FNMA or
    FHLMC. Currently, John has personally received over 300 FHA Condominium
    Approvals throughout the country for large and small builders, developers, and
    homeowners associations. This applies to both new and existing properties.

    2.  As an HUD/FHA 203(k) Consultant: John was certified in the year 2000 as a FHA
    203(k) Consultant, based on over 20 years of hands on construction experience. John
    will guide you and give you the tools to become a more educated homebuyer and
    homeowner. Whether you’re using him for homebuilding or remodeling services or as
    an FHA 203(k) Consultant, he will patiently lead you through the process.
    John’s turnaround time is 24-48 hours from the time we meet!












    3.  Contractor: Since 1980 John has remodeled over 100 homes and built several new
    homes in the Chicagoland area. His quality craftsmanship has kept him in business for
    over 20 years (Since 1991 being incorporated). John never takes on more work than he
    can handle and stays current with all aspects of his business. John is licensed with the
    City of Chicago, a member of the Downers Grove Chamber of Commerce and State
    Certified as a Lead Base Paint Renovator.











    4.  Education: John has conducted several different types of training courses for
