    FHA/VA/FNMA and FHLMC. Currently, John has personally executed over
    300 FHA Condominium approvals throughout the country for large and small
    builders/developers and Homeowner Associations, for new and existing
    properties.

    As an FHA 203 (k) Consultant: John was certified in the year 2000 as an
    FHA 203(k) Consultant, based on over 20 years of hands on construction
    experience. John will guide you and give you the tools to become a more
    educated home buyer and homeowner. Whether you’re using him for
    homebuilding or remodeling services or as an FHA 203(k) Consultant, he will
    patiently lead you through the process. Along with fast (24-48 hour turn time for

    Construction Work: Since 1980 John has remodeled over 100 homes and built
    several new homes in the Chicagoland area. His quality craftsmanship has kept
